Simply Personal Health policyholders can find general information by visiting the Simply Personal Health summary page. You can also check Terms and Conditions and manage your policy online by registering for a secure online account, it only takes a couple of minutes and you can then log in.
If you have purchased your own medical insurance through an Intermediary and have a personal Preferential or Accessible policy, you may find the answer to common questions by downloading a copy of your policy document. For more detailed queries or other policy types you may wish to speak to your broker.
