Corporate giving
We are committed to delivering around £1 million to charities or charitable causes every year.
In 2023, we introduced a new Corporate Giving Framework that guides ‘who’ and ‘how’ we support others and use our funds to create maximum value.

Strategic headline charity partners – focused on preventative and predictive health programmes
‘Always on’ health support – focused on our local communities, providing round-the-clock everyday access
Communities matter
As a socially conscious organisation, we’re committed to supporting local and national charities across the UK and further afield.
Improving access to healthcare for all can be a big gesture or a small offer of help through volunteering.
Alongside our Corporate Giving Framework, we also encourage our colleagues to volunteer for 3 days per year at any charity, or community group of their choice.

The cost of living in the UK is at an all-time high, and we know people and families are concerned.
We remain committed to supporting our customers, communities and colleagues through this crisis. In 2022, to support those who need it most, we formed our Financially Vulnerable Taskforce.
We’re constantly looking for new ways to support our customers.
Making life easier with our Financial Hardship Fund
In 2023, we introduced our new Financial Hardship Fund to support customers who need extra help, to fund or access the healthcare they need.
We understand it can be hard to ask for help. By offering our support, we hope to remove any financial barriers to accessing healthcare.
