What is Online Self Service?

Online Self Service allows you to access and manage your Simplyhealth plan(s) when it suits you. It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our website.

With Online Self Service you can:

  • Request a personalised claim form online, quickly and easily
  • Check your benefit entitlements, how much you've used and what you can still claim for
  • Sign up for faster payments to get your claims paid straight back into your bank account rather than waiting for a cheque to arrive in the post
  • Check your current and previous claiming year history to see what you have previously claimed for, when and how much
  • View all of your plans in one place so you can see exactly what you're covered for as and when you need to
  • Keep your personal details up to date to make sure we can pay your claims quickly and easily and notify you throughout the claiming process

How can I access it?

Once registered you'll find your documents online, but if you need printed copies call Customer Services on 0370 908 3481 or contact us for a summary of cover or Ts&Cs.
