Simply Cash Plans can be fully funded by your company, or paid for by your employees with no cost to your business. Below are the options you can choose from.

Company paid cash plans
In return for a small monthly premium paid for by your company, your employees can claim money back towards the cost of a wide range of everyday healthcare treatments, such as a dental check-up or a visit to the physiotherapist. Additional options can be added to tailor your plan to best suit the needs of your staff.

Employee paid cash plans
The employee paid Simply Cash Plan helps your staff pay for their everyday healthcare. From as little as 3.10 per week they can claim back costs of everyday healthcare up to an annual limit. Your staff can pick the level of cover they want and include their families too.

A Flexible Benefit Cash Plan
Cash plans are a health benefit that you can offer to your employees as part of your Flexible Benefits Scheme. It allows your employees to change their level of cover at different life stages. It can be fully funded by your company or paid for by your employees in exchange for an amount of their salary.
