Working life

For our fourth Everyday Health Tracker (April 2016), we take a look at the impact working life and habits have on the populations' everyday health as well as the different attitudes men and women have towards their wellbeing.

From eating lunch on the go to worrying about work outside of hours, the results highlight the impact working life can have on sleeping patterns and eating habits as well as general fitness and wellbeing and mental health.  We also reveal the top 5 steps UK consumers feel employers should do to help them maintain a healthier lifestyle at work.
