Do your plans cover work-related injuries?

Yes. If a care worker suffers an injury (whether work-related or not) our Simply Health Plan helps by reimbursing towards costs for eligible treatments such as physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic care* as well as including online GP and Digital muscle and joint pain assessments. Plus, our Simply Essentials plan provides instant access to professional support, including online GP appointments and digital muscle and joint pain assessments. So your team can get help quickly and avoid potential delays.

Can we include mental health support?

Absolutely. Some of our plans give staff direct access to a qualified counsellor on the phone whenever they need support, plus a 24/7 life advice helpline to support with life’s challenges. Beyond this, all plans include access to pay as you go and discounted health and wellbeing services such as open-ended digital therapy and mental health coaching - so your team can get the right help, at the right time.

How quickly can staff access treatment?

Staff can start accessing their health services as soon as their plan has started and they’ve registered for an online account. They can also claim for most benefits as soon as their plan starts and once they’ve received the treatment or service*.

Please note: The New Child Payment benefit under our Simply Health Plan has a 6-month qualifying period. This means staff will need to have their plan in place for six months before they can claim for this benefit.
