How quickly can employees access care?

Employees can start accessing their health services as soon as their plan has started and they’ve registered for an online account. They can also claim for most benefits as soon as their plan starts and once they’ve received the treatment or service*.

How do employees submit claims and get reimbursed?

Submitting a claim is quick and straightforward. Employees simply attend their appointment, pay as normal and keep their itemised receipt. They can then log in to their account - either online or via the SimplyPlan app and upload a photo of the receipt. Claims are processed in an average of 1.2 days, and approved payments are back in their bank account within 3 working days.

How easy is it to set up and manage as an HR team?
