How to update your personal information and manage your account
If you’re already registered, you can amend your personal information in minutes through your online account, wherever you are and without any hassle.
To change details through our website, you can click here and log in using your email address and password. This will take you directly into the personal details section within your account.
Alternatively, and for future reference, you can click on My Account in the main menu at the top of the website and log in using your details. Then, once you're in, click Personal Details listed in your dashboard.
When the Personal Details page loads you’ll see the details we have on your account. From here you can choose to change security settings, change bank details, or scroll down and select Edit these details to change personal details.
Within this section of your account, you're able to change:
- Security settings (your password)
- Bank details
- Home address
- Email address
- Phone numbers
- Communication preferences
- Marketing preferences
Once you’re done making changes, click save all settings, and your details will be updated instantly on our system.
