We ask that you set up your online account at or download our SimplyPlan app from your app store. It’s easy to set up your account, make claims quickly, and keep all your plan documents in one easily accessible place.

How to register & log in to your account

You can register or log in to your account using the buttons below.

If you need to create an account, it's a really simple process. You’ll need your email address and to think of a password, and then click the Register button and fill in the information.

Your password must contain:

  • A minimum of 10 characters
  • Numbers
  • Special characters (? @ $ #)
  • A lowercase letter
  • An uppercase letter

Once you’ve created your account, we’d appreciate it if you can follow these simple steps to make your health plan admin easy:

  1. Register / Log in
  2. Click on Personal Details 
  3. Click Edit these details at the bottom of the page
  4. Add in your email address
  5. Consider changing your communication preferences to email
  6. Check and update your bank details so claims can be paid directly into your bank account
  7. And if you don’t have a Direct Debit set up to pay for your plan you can add these details here too
  8. Then click Save

How to download our SimplyPlan app

The SimplyPlan app is the easiest and quickest way to make a claim. You can take a picture of your receipt directly in the app, and you can claim as soon as you’ve had your treatment, meaning your money can be back in your account quicker.

If you’re reading this on your laptop or computer, you’ll need to have your phone or tablet ready next to you. If you’re already on your phone or tablet, you can either follow the instructions below to find the app in your app store, or click the appropriate app store button for your device to be taken to the exact location.

Downloading the SimplyPlan app:

  1. Unlock your device and open your app store

  2. In the search bar of your app store, type SimplyPlan and press search

  3. Click on the app titled SimplyPlan by Simplyhealth, our logo is the icon

  4. You’ll be taken to the information page, and from there, press install or download

  5. The app will be installed on your phone. Once installed, go to your home screen and find the icon. Tap it to open your app

How to update your personal information and manage your account

If you’re already registered, you can amend your personal information in minutes through your online account, wherever you are and without any hassle. 

To change details through our website, you can click here and log in using your email address and password. This will take you directly into the personal details section within your account. 

Alternatively, and for future reference, you can click on My Account in the main menu at the top of the website and log in using your details. Then, once you're in, click Personal Details listed in your dashboard. 

When the Personal Details page loads you’ll see the details we have on your account. From here you can choose to change security settings, change bank details, or scroll down and select Edit these details to change personal details. 

Within this section of your account, you're able to change:

  • Security settings (your password)
  • Bank details
  • Home address
  • Email address
  • Phone numbers
  • Communication preferences
  • Marketing preferences

Once you’re done making changes, click save all settings, and your details will be updated instantly on our system.

How to make a claim: SimplyPlan app and My Account

When making a claim, you have two options: through the SimplyPlan app and through your online account via the website. Both claiming journeys have been carefully created by our team to be as simple as possible and to get your money back in your account quickly.

To get started with a claim, you’ll need: 

  • Patient name
  • Practitioner name
  • Treatment date
  • Treatment type
  • Cost of treatment
  • Itemised receipt (either a physical copy or a digital version downloaded onto your device)

Once you have all this, you’re ready to go.

Claiming through the SimplyPlan app

Open up the app on your device, and log in using your details. Once you’re logged in, choose Make a claim in the list of options, then follow the steps: 

  1. Read the declaration and, if happy, tap Agree and continue

  2. You’ll be shown what you’ll need to make a claim. Once you have everything, tap continue.

  3. Now it’s time to upload your receipt or supporting documents. If you have a physical copy, you can choose the Take A Photo option, making sure you capture the whole page without any blur, or if you already have an image of it on your phone, choose Upload Image.

    If you have a digital copy in the form e.g. a PDF sent via email, select the Upload File option and locate it on your device. Once you select it, you’ll be taken to the next step.

  4. This is where you add your treatment details. Select the treatment date, which policy the claim is being made on, who the claimant is, the treatment type, the treatment price, and in some cases, your practitioner. Once you’ve added this information, press submit, and you’re done. Your claim has been sent to us. 

Claiming through the website

To make a claim online, head to your online account. Once you’re in, select Make a Claim from the dashboard, then follow the steps: 

  1. Read the declaration and, if happy, click Agree and continue

  2. The next step is to make sure you have what you’ll need to make a claim. Read what’s required and if you’re ready, click continue.

  3. Step 3 is uploading your receipt. Click the upload files button and find your copy of the receipt, click the file, and press open. It will upload the file for you and then show a preview. If it’s uploaded the correct file, click continue.

  4. You’re now on the Review details page, and this is where you can fill in the treatment details. You’ll need to add the treatment date, the policy, the claimant, and the treatment type. Once you select the treatment type, the field for the price will appear, and in some cases, the field for the practitioner.

    Once you’ve filled all the details in correctly, you can submit your claim, and you’re done. And that’s how you make a claim online.
