Prescription costs
Prescriptions issued by a GP or dentist are covered whether they are private or NHS prescription. NHS Prescription Payment Certificates (PPC) are also covered
Hospital stays
We pay you a grant per day/night when you're admitted as an in-patient overnight or as a day patient for a maximum of 20 days/nights each year
If you already need glasses or have been visiting a practitioner, such as a physiotherapist for a bad back, you can claim money back (up to annual benefit limits), for any related costs incurred after your joining date.
You do not need to get a referral from your GP to book your appointments, or a medical assessment to join. You just need to choose a registered practitioner and book an appointment directly with them.
With a Simplyhealth Plan, you don't pay any excesses. We will pay you money back on the teatments and services covered by your plan, up to the annual limits.
