I’ve spent much of my career in the banking industry, and I’m an advocate of technology enabled transformation in the financial services sector. Having now moved across into the healthcare industry to use my commercial experience and digital knowledge in new ways, I’m excited most by the size of the opportunity we have at our fingertips here at Simplyhealth. Embracing inclusion and innovation to enhance our purpose and stay relevant to our current and future customers’ needs, today and tomorrow, remains my priority.
Since joining in January 2020, I’ve spent time getting to know our business, and what makes us unique in the market. Data and technology have an important part to play in helping us grow but, first and foremost, health is about people and human relationships. And Simplyhealth is a business that values and nurtures relationships above anything else - with colleagues and our customers.
When around the Boardroom table or just connecting with teams and colleagues, my focus is on developing talent. I believe every single one of us has a great contribution to make towards the business and I can’t wait to make mine! I’m confident that by working together as one Simplyhealth team, we can achieve some great things in the years ahead.
