How do our plans work?
Have your treatment as normal, submit the receipt online and wait for what you’re owed to appear in your bank account.
Claiming is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. Book an appointment
When you need treatment or a check-up, book your appointment, attend, and pay.
2. Submit your claim
In your SimplyPlan app, click to claim. Upload a photo of your receipt and submit - simple as that!
3. Receive your claim
We’ll review your claim and, once approved, you’ll get your money back within 5 working days.
To claim on your hospital benefit you can send us the original discharge letter provided to you by the hospital.
