1. Book an appointment
When you need treatment or a check-up, book your appointment, attend, and pay.
2. Submit your claim
In your SimplyPlan app, click to claim. Upload a photo of your receipt and submit - simple as that!
3. Receive your claim
We’ll review your claim and, once approved, you’ll get your money back within 3 working days.
To claim on your hospital benefit you can send us the original discharge letter provided to you by the hospital.
