There are six levels of cover in our health plan, ‘Optimise’, and claims can be made up to annual limits for each category of cover.
 
Optimise includes myWellbeing, which offers employees 24/7 access to NHS registered GPs, as well as a round-the-clock counselling service to reduce the duration and impact of mental health issues on every aspect of your employees’ lives - including their work.

Optimise from Simplyhealth

Making a claim takes three easy steps:

Your employee attends an appointment with a healthcare professional, pays for it as normal, and retains the receipt.

He or she then photographs or scans the receipt before making a claim online via Simplyhealth.co.uk.

Simplyhealth processes the claim and pays it directly into your employee’s bank account. Most claims are paid within two working days.

  • Up to four children under the age of 21, or 24 if in full-time education, can be covered for free. All covered children will share an annual entitlement.
