We’ll try to resolve your concerns as quickly as we can but, if we can’t resolve them straight away, we’ll write to you to explain the next steps and keep you updated on our progress.


If you're still unhappy with our findings and outcome, you may have the right to escalate your concerns to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We’ll let you know if this applies to you in our final response letter.
