How to use this service


Call 0330 102 5331 at any time, to chat to a qualified counsellor or advisor.

This ‘in the moment’ telephone support is designed to help you when you need help the most. The counsellor will help you address the problem confidentially and talk through your options and agree next steps with you - you never have to face a crisis alone.

If you’re deaf or hard of hearing; we have options available to you including a Minicom service. Please email our team of counselling coordinators for support.

Structured therapy sessions

If your concern needs more formal support, and it is deemed clinically appropriate following a telephone assessment, then you will be offered short-term structured therapy, and arrangements will be made to match you with a counsellor.


You will be able to have up to 6 structured counselling sessions delivered over the telephone or by video, with an experienced counsellor who can provide you with the support you need.

Terms and conditions

  1. We aim to schedule your appointment within two days of your request and have your first appointment with a counsellor within the following five days.

  2. Simplyhealth will not be held responsible if you experience any delay or failure in the provision of this helpline that is beyond our, or the service provider’s, control.
