What is the Simplyhealth Everyday Health Plan for flexible benefits?

The Simplyhealth Everyday Health Plan is a health cash plan with a twist. Developed as a result of extensive research into what employees want, the plan is specifically designed to work as part of a flexible benefits scheme. So your clients' employees can choose to pick the benefit and claim money back towards the cost of their everyday healthcare.

How it works

The Simplyhealth Everyday Health Plan works in much the same way as our other health cash plans. It allows your clients' employees to claim money back towards the cost of their everyday healthcare.

This flexible benefit can be offered with two payment options:

  • Company paid - your clients pay the premium for their employees
  • Salary exchange (also known as salary sacrifice) - your clients' employees can use the benefit in exchange for an amount of their salary
