But once the winter months settle in, getting enough Vitamin D can be quite a struggle. The sun's rays are much weaker and thus even going outside during the day isn't likely enough. During these months it's best to look for alternative sources of Vitamin D. However take care not to take too much Vitamin D as it could be harmful.
