For our fifth Everyday Health Tracker (September 2016), we also delve into consumers' perceptions of taking personal responsibility for their health and how being responsible for dependents' health can impact on personal health.

NHS Health Reccomendations - YouGov 2016

The Tracker data shows that while a majority of UK adults (83%) are aware of the NHS recommendation/target to eat five or more portions of fruit and vegetables a day, a much smaller proportion of the population (30%) say they follow the guidelines as often as recommended or more often.
