It's the New Year and many of us are setting resolutions to get off to a great start. However, a university study found that of those who set resolutions, 78% generally fail1. While we hope you succeed in making your goal work, we know that achieving one's resolutions isn't always easy. Have a healthier Christmas

The average person consumes upwards of 6,000 calories on Christmas Day - more than two days' worth of recommended calories for a man, and the equivalent of three days' worth of recommended calories for a woman! While calorie consumption will be spread throughout the day, Christmas dinner is sure to be one of the bigger culprits.
