As you probably know there are all sorts of big sporting events happening around the world this summer, which is why we're celebrating a Summer of Sport here at Simplyhealth. Taking part in sport is a great way to boost your physical activity and have some fun while you're at it! And you don't have to be the type of person who joins a team or a league to enjoy some sporting fun. In fact, you might not even have to leave your own house!
