We only pay for treatment with a healthcare professional that is registered with the appropriate professional organisation.

Paying your claim: 

You can get claims paid directly into your back account, and we'll send you confirmation by post.

Just fill in our online form and we'll set up a new direct credit facility, or alter an existing one, usually within five working days. 

Future claims will then be paid directly into your nominated account.

Please note credit card receipts are no longer accepted, a proper receipt must be provided from your health care professional.
