Business Change and IT
The Business Change and IT team is responsible for leading key projects across the business. Simultaneously we could be working on implementing a company-wide IT system, developing new ways to deliver better service to our customers integrating a new acquisition and working alongside the business leaders on business transformation. For the IT teams, whether it's arranging equipment for new starters, developing new systems, providing end user support or enhancing website functionality the IT Services and Development teams are transforming the services we're providing to the business and our customers.
The Unlimited Company - Retail
Our Unlimited Company stores offer a large range of mobility products and daily living aids, making them a one-stop-shop for everything our customers need. Working in one of our stores or in a head office support function, such as marketing, purchasing or finance, you'll be able to deliver the best in customer service whilst really developing your knowledge and expertise in this specialist market.
Working closely with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), Assurance Services is a control and advice function. Made up of five teams; Risk and Compliance Advice, Compliance Quality, Legal Services, Information Security and Business Continuity and Internal Audit it supports Simplyhealth and our customers in a variety ways. These range from compliance with FCA/PRA policies and procedures, managing legal risks, and effectively resolving customer complaints.
Sales - Individual and Families
Individual and Families Sales is the business to consumer sales channel for Simplyhealth. The teams are responsible for maximising sales opportunities whilst ensuring that they align Simplyhealth's products and services to the customer's needs.
Sales - Employer
Employer sales is the business to business sales channel for Simplyhealth. The team covers all Simplyhealth product/service areas, and works on a consultative basis with top employers and their leading employee benefits consultants. Roles vary from tele-marketing and appointment-making, face to face selling opportunities with key client contacts and dedicated account management.
Marketing and Communications
Our marketing teams cover areas such as digital and direct marketing, product development, public relations, social media, and insight and research. We market to both consumers and businesses. No matter which team you're based in you will be working towards one common goal: to raise awareness of Simplyhealth and what we offer.
The Finance team takes pride in being an insightful Finance Partner. They are committed to delivering an outstanding experience and enabling a healthy future. Their main responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the tax affairs of all group companies, including Corporate Tax, VAT, Income Taxes and Insurance Premium Tax (IPT)
- Supplier invoice payment, employee expense settlement and management of Simplyhealth bank accounts
- Ensuring compliance with Group Financial Policy and Financial Reporting Standards
- Ensuring that statutory reporting for all legal entities is in accordance with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
The people function at Simplyhealth is made up of Human Resources, Business Services and Culture & Engagement. Working closely with business leaders the teams' role is to make sure that from the point when they apply for a role, right through to the point when they leave the business our employees have a great experience, can deliver their very best and have an achievable career development path.
