Pay and bonus

It is important that we are able to reward people for doing things well and in the right way. To ensure everyone shares in our success we offer a competitive pay and bonus package which focuses on rewarding behaviours and performance, against the external market.

Benefits

  • Holiday - Minimum 25 days (175 hours) of annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Flexibility - The option to buy or sell up to 5 days of annual leave each year
  • Pension - Contribution matching between 3 and 6%, plus we'll add an additional contribution
  • First home scheme - Save between 3 and 6% of your basic salary and we'll match it when you buy your first home (Scheme taken in place of pension)
  • Student Loan Repayment Scheme - We'll match your monthly repayments to help you pay it off quicker (Scheme taken in place of pension)
  • Travel loans - Simplyhealth pays for your ticket upfront and each month you'll pay the loan off through payroll
  • Bike to work - Exchange basic salary in return for a bike and safety & security equipment (up to £1,000) and pay back monthly through payroll, saving yourself Tax and National Insurance
  • My discounts - Access to exclusive discounts on gift cards and movie tickets, and at your favourite retailers
  • Recognition - We have many local schemes in place which recognise anything from new qualifications, to living our values, or exceeding targets, whether on an individual or team basis.

In our retail stores we pay the Living Wage foundation rate from day one, rather than the national minimum wage.

  • Pension contribution - Matching between 3 and 6%, plus we'll add an additional contribution
  • Travel loans - Simplyhealth pays for your ticket upfront and each month you'll pay the loan off through payroll

  • Employee discount - Up to 25% in store and online
  • Childcare Vouchers - A way to pay for your registered childcare and save yourself tax and National Insurance

We're committed to helping you develop your career at Simplyhealth and will support you if you choose to apply for appropriate internal vacancies and secondments.

We will fund external qualifications if they're linked to your job role or career aspirations (subject to terms and conditions) time off for working on your course can be agreed with your manager.

Those in leadership roles will take part in our `Winning Edge' development program which will set the foundations for them to become better leaders.
