Why following the Living Wage Foundation Rate is important to us Featured

Here at Simplyhealth we're dedicated to supporting our people and helping them as best we can. That's why we follow the Living Wage, a voluntary hourly rate recommended by The Living Wage Foundation - a rate which is more than what is required by law. 

We've been committed to following the Living Wage since 2013. We believe it's imperative that all of our employees receive a fair wage that covers the necessary bills and expenses each month, but also have some money left over to put towards treats, or whatever takes their fancy!

Love your lungs

We've been working with The British Lung Foundation to help boost the overall wellbeing of people living with lung conditions, as well as the wellbeing of our own people. Recently, specialist respiratory healthcare professionals from the charity visited our offices in Andover, Leeds, Manchester and Winchester to carry out a wellbeing event for our employees. The visits gave our employees the opportunity to learn more about their lung health from a spirometry test and also provided insight on the physical damage caused by smoking, with useful advice on giving up.
