When you sign up with us, your first, and face to face, contact will be your local business development consultant. Day to day, you’ll have a dedicated practice support advisor in the office, although of course you can talk to anyone in our award winning customer service team.


Through your business development consultant, you can take full advantage of the support offered by the in-house Simplyhealth team, bringing together people with top skills in training, customer service, administration, marketing, compliance, finance, IT and innovation, as well as our clinical expert and Head of Veterinary. We’re proud to work closely with a wide variety of vet industry partners, including practice management system providers.

We produce monthly ‘Paws for Thought’ animal welfare blog updates from our Head of Veterinary, with relevant and interesting topics to both practices and pet owners. These topics make for excellent conversation starters with pet owners to encourage pet health plan take up. 


Our marketing and insights team can provide Acorn demographic reports. Our analysis of your demographic data, social factors, population and consumer behaviour provides precise information and an understanding of different types of pet owners and their purchasing patterns. We utilise our group data and insights team to ensure we are meeting client needs today and fully preparing for the future. 


Our marketing experts are on hand to give advice and help create various types of traditional marketing collateral, from advertisements to leaflets to direct mail pieces. There are also a collection of templates available to your practice 24/7 through our Design Hub


Client surveys offer valuable insights into the reasons for cancellation and how your pet owners view your pet health plans. Surveys can also be utilised for your clients while plans are active, to increase engagement and see which benefits and services are popular and help refine your offering.
