Simplyhealth has been helping people access healthcare, through health plans, charity partnerships and by being a voice in healthcare, since 1872. Our health plans offer quick and easy access to everyday treatments for the whole family including 24/7 GP services, visits to the dentist, wellbeing guidance, and physiotherapy.
As the trusted healthcare partner to England Rugby, we're given a unique opportunity to showcase our expertise in prevention and rehabilitation, delivered through the message ‘always be ready for your next game’. Whether on the pitch or at work, Simplyhealth is on hand to provide support for our members both in the corporate and consumer space by building mental and physical resilience.
Watch our three rugby families talk about physical and mental wellbeing.
They downloaded the free SimplyMe app that tracks mind, heart, weight, sleep and activity data and talked openly about how understanding the big picture of their health helps them lead happier, healthier lives.

We wanted our message of support to be heard loud and clear, to show we're here for rugby players and fans alike. And we did just that. Our logo stood out on the perimeter boards as Elliot Daly scored his memorable try in Englands 24-12 win over Ireland.
Led by Gabby Logan, we hosted a panel discussion to over 90 guests on the importance of tackling mental health issues in the workplace, engaging the core HR industry at a pre-match event at Twickenham Stadium. Our rugby stars shared their experiences of how dealing with adversity can often build resilience which in turn can lead to successful outcomes.
A 30-strong dance troupe took to the floor outside Twickenham stadium to showcase the Rugby Safe Activate warm-up exercises. Promotional staff and students handed out exercise sheets to educate the fans on the exercises and brought to life the theme of ‘always be ready for your next game’.
An amazing effort. Winners of the 2020 Six Nations tournament.
Former England Rugby captain and Simplyhealth ambassador Dylan Hartley kicked off our campaign by highlighting some of the warm-up exercises all players should do. But remember, being ready for your next game isn't just for rugby players, it’s for all of us.
“No need for the brave face. If you need help, that’s what Simplyhealth is here for. If you're feeling it ‘Get seen, Get Sorted'” - Dylan Hartley
