No exercise equipment is needed and the kids can join in too. Make sure you are hydrated, wearing comfortable clothing and you’re fit and well.

Jonnie became a household name in 2012, when he won gold in T44 100m event at the 2012 London Paralympic Games.

 

He went on to win the World and European Championships, and he retained his crown at the Rio Paralympics in 2016.

 

Jonnie also took part in BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, being partnered with Oti Mabuse, and also made an appearance in the Netflix documentary ‘Rising Phoenix’.
