We’ve created a toolkit with advice and tips to help you stand out from the crowd and grab the next job opportunity with both hands. From building your brand to CV writing, we’ve got you covered, and we’ve even spoken to others who have been through the same journey.

I always found surrounding myself with people who are going through a similar experience really positive, as it gave me a sense of community and helped me get through it.
Having been made redundant seven times, our Social Communications Executive Tom Ford shares some words of wisdom that have seen him come out of redundancy with a positive outlook.
