Having been made redundant seven times, our Social Communications Executive Tom Ford shares some words of wisdom that have seen him come out of redundancy with a positive outlook:

Redundancy is never easy, but it teaches you your own values. You have to keep in mind that it is never personal, and you shouldn’t take it to heart. I always found surrounding myself with people who are going through a similar experience really positive, as it gave me a sense of community and helped me get through it.
