SimplyMe and your physical health

We want to help you live a longer, happier, pain-free life

Simplyhealth exists to help the UK access and afford the healthcare services and treatments they need and has done since 1872. Today this purpose has led us to develop the SimplyMe app.

According to Public Health England survey, more than half of adults (56%) were at increased, high or very high risk of chronic disease due to their waist circumference and BMI in 2018. We’re here to help prevent this by putting your health and wellbeing in your hands with a little guidance from us.

Ready to tackle your health and fitness?
