How to use this service


Call 03452 302040 to book your assessment, and advise that you are using the Simplyhealth discount.


Nuffield Health will discuss the range of health assessments they offer and agree with you which one would be most suitable for your needs.


Nuffield Health will explain what happens in the health assessment, and any terms, conditions or restrictions you may need to be aware of.


Book your appointment at your nearest Nuffield Health site.


If you need to cancel the appointment, please let Nuffield Health know as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions

 

  1. This line is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. All numbers that start with 03 are charged at the same rate as standard landline numbers that start with ‘01’ or ‘02’.
     

  2. All terms, conditions, restrictions and further details are discussed at the time of booking.
     

  3. Nuffield Health do ask for 3 full working days’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling any booking otherwise you will incur a fee for doing so, which is 50% of the assessment fee.

Can I claim the cost of my health assessment back on my health cash plan?

This will vary depending on the particular health cash plan you have. Please check the terms and conditions of the health assessment benefit to your plan to see if you would be able to claim the costs back. If you are unsure, please call our Customer Service team for further help.

Does Simplyhealth ‘approve’ or check the health assessments?

Simplyhealth has no involvement with the health assessments provided by Nuffield Health. However, we are pleased to partner with Nuffield Health who have a very good reputation for excellent customer service and high levels of clinical excellence.
