If you’re an existing customer and have a question about your plan please contact us via either webchat or email in the first instance. 


All the emails and webchat you send are also being continually monitored and responded to. If you’re unable to use these digital channels, you will be able to leave us a voicemail, but we will be prioritising call backs to our most vulnerable customers. 


If you want to discuss options around your existing plan, our customer options team would be very happy to have a conversation with you. Please email them at [email protected] - remember to include your full postcode and date of birth. Please also include your policy number if you know it.
