1. Book your appointment as normal, see your chosen specialist, and pay for the treatment

2. Submit your claim and itemised receipt/statement of account online, or send it by post

3. We’ll review your claim and once approved, we’ll pay you back – usually within a few days

To claim on your hospital benefit you can send us the original discharge letter provided to you by the hospital.
