Manage your plan online

We’ve made it easy to manage your plan as and when you need to. Simply log on via our website and you’ll be able to:

  • Change your personal details
  • See your remaining benefit entitlements
  • Submit your claims online, in a few easy steps
  • View your claims history and outcomes

Don't delay, claim today

Don’t forget you get immediate cover on most benefits to see a practitioner of your choice and don’t require a GP referral. So don’t delay in getting the treatment you want or need, and claim back the costs today. 

 

You can now submit your Simply Cash Plan claims online. Once you've logged into your Online Self Service Account all you need to do is fill in our simple online form and attach a photo or scan of your receipt. It's a lot quicker than sending us a paper claim form and once processed your money will be paid directly into your bank account, usually within a few days.
