My career began in the pharmaceutical industry. A move to the AA (subsequently Centrica Plc) gave me the opportunity to change direction into Human Resources. I’ve been incredibly fortunate in my career choices, and one of the reasons I joined a mutual was the desire to ‘give something back’ – to make a positive difference to the communities we serve.
