I have a particular interest in health care, good governance, clear accountability and responsiveness to those we serve. As Regional Chair of the NHS in the West Midlands and before that in other senior positions within the health and voluntary sectors, I have sought to find better ways of listening to members or patients, innovative ways of responding to their wishes and reporting back on progress achieved. Simplyhealth Group is also striving to make continuous improvements in these areas and to develop its expertise in providing health care so I am pleased to be part of its growth and exciting ambitions.
