Our voting members have an essential role to play at Simplyhealth, not only because they are customers, but because they act on behalf of all our customers, helping to ensure the Group operates in their best interests.
Each voting member has a voting right which they can exercise at our Annual General Meeting to vote for the election and re-election of Directors and Auditors. As well as checking we are 'doing the right thing', it is a way of ensuring that the board keeps in dierct contact with members.
Additional to their invitation to attend the AGM they each receive a copy of the Group’s Annual Report & Accounts and more recently a newsletter called ‘together’. All these communications keep the voting members up to date of developments within the Group and they are regularly invited to provide feedback to the business on the service that Simplyhealth provides.
As long-standing customers from across the Group, our voting members are well placed to provide us with feedback on the quality of our customer service. |
