Peggy lives alone with her two ‘boys' (cats Bluey and Max). As a result of a banking error £750 was taken from her account. With nobody to help, she rang HSA distraught and was put in touch with the Helpline which she receives as part of her HSA Healthplan.
Consequently the Financial Ombudsman sorted out the problem and, much to her delight, the money was returned to her account. |
